We are not a business family neither we started this place to make ONLY money. We dreamed about a holiday home in Coonoor-Ooty for ourselves, as we were more familiar and frequenter to Nilgiris. Exploration destined us to find Coonoor far better than Ooty in terms of climatic conditions, more greenery, less pollution / crowd and commercialized. We shifted from the dream of having our own holiday home to No#1 homestay Resort, because of Sunvalley family and he support from our guest. Our strength is the team, dedicated with sincerity and whole hearted service mindsets. Everyone treat and serve guests as their own relative or guest at home. In today’s world money can buy and hire staffs but not sincerity and service minds. But we have managed to integrate such a team, permanent and full time at our Homestay in Ooty-Coonoor. The team is ready and willing to extend their support and guidance to guests any time from the minute we receive a query or call. We hope you will like and love them given their attitude, energy and sincerity shown towards every needs of guests from different walks of life. Every guest constantly supported and motivated us by sharing ideas about what different tourists and travelers expects while visiting Coonoor or Ooty resorts for holiday. We try to implement each and every small suggestions while striving constantly to meet those improvements. Within 3-7 days of check-in date: 40% of total tariff - Peak and Low season. Within 48 hrs: 60-100% of total stay room tariff depends on number of nights booked and season.
