Job Description:
- Support customers via email, chat and phone
- Maintain inquiry list, update the status time to time basis
- Day to day follow ups and update booking details
- Coordinate between homestays/resorts and customers
- End to end travel assistance

Criteria:
- Good in Kannada and English communication
- Analytical skills, quick learner and confident
- Basic computer knowledge
