- Check-in is at 11:00 AM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Breakfast is served between 7:30 AM and 9:30 AM, and dinner is served between 7:30 PM and 9:30 PM.
- Any balance payment must be made in cash only. Please carry sufficient cash.
- Please carry a printed copy of the GundiMane Google route map without fail. The nearest petrol bunk is at Talaguppa (30 km from GundiMane). Also note that mobile network connectivity is unreliable after Kargal (14 km from GundiMane).
- Non-vegetarian food is not available at the homestay. Only pure vegetarian food is served. Bringing non-vegetarian food from outside is strictly not allowed. However, non-vegetarian food is available at Kargal or Jog.
- Tea/Coffee is provided twice a day free of cost (once with breakfast and once in the evening). Additional servings will be chargeable.
- Towels and toiletries are not provided. Guests are requested to carry their own. Hot water is available from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
- The homestay is available for individuals, families, and groups.
